Our Values
There are four things that will characterize everything we do from Sunday Service to every gathering or meeting of any size or purpose.
PRAYER
Should always be considered our highest form of worship.
PRAISE AND WORSHIP
Should be expressed often for the awesomeness of God’s presence but, also, in a practical way we want to share personal testimony of daily blessings.
PROCLAMATION OF GOD’S WORD
Will be the focus of all public services, youth meetings, and Bible study activities.
PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS
With one another always ready to bear one another’s burdens and sharing meaningful time together (Acts 2:42).
Love is essential for our influence on a lost world (John 13:35).
Considering others above ourselves is the highest expression of love (John 15:12,13).
This is just a brief picture of who we are. There are more details about our ministry available upon request, but we would like to highlight one area concerning #3 – PROCLAMATION OF GOD’S WORD. From the pulpit to all other methods of teaching (bible studies, various classes, etc.) our focus is entirely from the Bible and specifically, regarding our K through 12 curriculums, we use a series of lessons titled “Answers in Genesis”. We believe this teaching will be helpful to children and youth in today’s public-school classrooms. We therefore believe this to be important to parents living in today’s world.
